Want to run multiple specials this way during the day. You can. Now you can automate and manage more time-sensitive specials if you use our In-Site Advertising tool.

Cross Promotion: We all know it costs 10X more to develop a new customer than it does to resell an existing customers. Same theory says your greatest resource is your own database. This is a concept called Vertical Marketing. It is why cosmetic surgical patients have greater lifetime value if they also come to you for residual services like Botox or fillers. The reverse is true also such as when a long-time dental hygiene patient finally decides to do cosmetic work. Most of you do cross promotion to your database already (or you should be doing it). The In-Site Advertising tool on a Mission Control web site allows you to cross-promote on your web site. For example, you can set up an injectibles campaign to run on your surgical pages and vice-versa. This allows you to splash a little specifically chosen content on specific pages, maximizing each visit to your web site. For dentists, this is an easy answer to how to introduce general dentistry patients to the first step of cosmetic dentistry: teeth whitening.

Regionally-specific ads: Do you know that certain zip codes or cities yield better prospects? If so, your Mission Control web site can identify visitors coming from those geographical areas and display certain offers to them. The same is true on the lower end of the spectrum. The goal here with regionally-specific ads is to use that data point to meet those visitors’ needs more specifically. With this advantage you can attempt to improve market share by appealing more specifically to these identified users.

There are other benefits of In-Site Advertising. In the coming weeks, I will be discussing these and other benefits of Mission Control more specifically. If you are interested in how the In-Site Advertising in our Mission Control site could work for you, please contact me at donald@dogstarmedia.com.

Read more http://dogstarmedia.com/blog/entry/how-to-use-in-site-advertising.html
