The creative signature of my work is interesting presentation of complex content.  The team at Dog Star Media understands the nuances of this important quality and it comes across in all our work.  Working with an elite clientele, our experienced creative team offers excellent results because we understand the audience and how to connect them to your message, no matter how complex it seems to be. 

Business and Strategy

The business signature of Dog Star Media’s approach is practical for small business.  After twenty-plus years of owning and operating a small business myself, I understand the importance of sales and what creates a sales environment.  I believe that, while many tools and strategies are available, not all are practical for small businesses.  A common reminder I make to both clients and team members learning The Dog Star Way is: “Just because we can do a thing doesn’t mean we should do that thing.”  You don’t have to be a client to learn from this approach.  I’ve put a lot of it here. 

Relationships

Connection with clients is why we instituted The Boutique Approach.  We want clients to know we are there for them to answer questions, to listen, to help when there is a problem and most importantly be present for them.  Our Boutique Approach is personal, available and valuable.  If you get automated replies from your marketing company or feel like you never talk to the same account rep twice, you know why we created the Boutique Approach.
