Today’s marketing metrics allow us to measure a variety of responses divided by channel.  While segmentation and metrics have always been important factors in marketing, tools are improving to allow us to understand better the responses that come in from various channels.

In the case of a cosmetic surgical or dental practice or a small business, likely main channels for marketing might be Search Engines, Paid Search, Social Media, Direct Response or Existing Patients.  If you don‘t have separate strategies and corresponding metrics for all of these channels by now, you are behind the curve.  If you do have these channels properly addressed, you may be asking yourself, “How do I improve the value of my marketing investment?”
